WebNeural headline generation NHG has been proven to be effective in generating a fully abstractive headline recently. Existing NHG systems are only capable of producing headline of the same language as the original document. Webdataset consisting of original headlines written by individ-ual writers and edited headlines by professional editors. To tackle the low-resource issue, we train the model with three stages. We first pre-train a Transformer encoder-decoder model and then adapt the model to a headline generation task before fine-tuning on the PHED dataset.
