Found a solution that works without breaking the phone BUT in my case, the rear of the sim tray broke, so i need a new one.

Webb19 juli 2013 · If the tray is stuck take a really thin paper clip and a pair of pliers and make a little hook that will still thread through the hole but you can angle it to catch on the back side and try to pull the sim tray out manually. I did feel the tray tight and hard to take out when I first used it, but I didnt think of too much as i never had any such prob with other phones.
