This will occur if your print bed itself is not perfectly level from front to back. This is best seen with octoprint bed visualizer. Unfortunately there is no simple fix for this. I’ve got a test cube now that is 30mm +/- 0.05mm in every dimension. The 16mm bearing hole is perfect as well at 15.93mm, nice snug press fit. However the 13mm bearing hole is undersized at about 12.6mm , it’s very hard to get the 13mm bearing to press into it.
