Than it cant be the driver, maybe a to thin wire or only a power cable. The last time this for real happened to me --- changing the USB cable worked for me. WebJan 9, 2024 · Greyed out port tends to mean you haven't set the board type first - go through the settings in arduino Tools menu & set board to 'Uno', you should see the 'port' enable & auto-fill as well, most likely. If miswired, the diavolino can disable the ftdi cable. plug just the ftdi cable into the computer's USB. Does the device manager show the FTDI cable (as a com port or even just an unknown device)?
