Others may do it because they are trying to get rid of a bad taste in their mouth. Some people also believe that eating skin or scabs can help heal cuts or scrapes. WebbI do the same thing. i only leave them alone if i have had them going for more than a few months. i lick the blood but only to keep the mess away. It doesnt bother me in the slightest, picking and eating. I'm a picker, shrug. always have been always will be.
