Webi have this Dell OptiPlex 7050 for work and it is not turning on. there’s an orange light flashing on the power button i can hear some noise in the machine, but no fan noise and it doesn’t seem to be burning or anything. is there anything i can do to fix it? at least something that doesn’t require opening it up thanks 0 comments share save hide WebOct 17, 2024 · Its the same problem that's affected the Optiplex models from 755 and onward. The power light goes orange and starts blinking. No fan spins, no hard drive activity, I'm not even sure if its getting a power good signal. For whatever reason they randomly go belly up. Occasionally they let out the magic smoke.
