WebMost horrific period pain since starting in august . I’m currently on my second period since starting mounjaro. I have irregular long cycles with heavy bleeding and intense cramps. But this pain has been on another level! I started crying from the pain this cycle and last cycle I wanted to scream! I’m used to the pain with my old periods ... WebWhat is your go-to med for horrific menstrual cramps? Has it changed over the years from when you first got your period to now? I started with Midol/Pamprin (pain reliever is tylenol) and later discovered Ibuprofen/advil which I find to be way more effective. I feel like Advil could be better marketed for this. comments
