WebI had imported an asset meant for a later unity and it borked my unity I use with vr chat. So try and delete folders from the asset tree on the left until you narrow down what asset caused the vr sdk to freak out. In short, an asset you imported, was probably meant for a newer unity version, delete assets until you can save and test build. I found where the file is supposed to be "C:\Users\User\AppData\Local\Temp\DefaultCompany" but unlike the folders for my other models its is empty.
