Webhave the old CICS phases (such as DFHECP1$.PHASE) in a separate library (we call ours PRD2.CICSOLDP) and have it LIBDEF'd ahead of PRD1.BASE. This way you'll get the CICS 2.3 translator and the SP option won't be necessary.
