This one, virgin bore, measures .252-.325" (has more coreshift, and side to side vs the other one ft to rr, but thicker walls). So after boring, the thinnest will be .222" or so. In general, a 5.7 .060" over (depends on the block) will have the same wall thickness as a .020" over 6.1.
