Billy the Seal, who lived in a pool in Victoria Park, is back on show for the first time in nearly 20 years. "Billy is such an iconic specimen," said curator Peter Howlett. WebMy personal favourites both feature the village pond, one showing Billy the Seal swimming at its edge (late 1920s) and the other from 1961, showing skaters on the frozen ice.
